Dr. Heiner grew up in Ogden, Utah. He received his dental degree from the University of The Pacific School of Dentistry in 1976 and his graduate degree in orthodontics in 1978. Dr. Heiner has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics (Board Certified in Orthodontics) since 1992.

Dr. Heiner has been in private practice in Modesto since 1979. He is committed to his patients and producing the highest quality of orthodontics in the area.

Dr. Heiner is a member in good standing with the Stanislaus Dental Society, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. He attends many continuing education courses each year to stay current on the latest trends and treatment techniques in orthodontics.
