COST OF TREATMENT

The cost of having orthodontic treatment depends on the severity of a patient’s problem. For example, cases requiring surgery often utilize additional steps during the orthodontic process. There will be an opportunity to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down payment option.
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees as reasonable as possible while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following financial policies:

1. If payment in full is made at the beginning of treatment, a discount is offered. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)
2. Financial arrangements can be made to extend payments over a period of months with no interest.
3. For your convenience, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
4. To assist with individual needs, we also have outside financing available thru ChaseHealthAdvance and CareCredit. The financial office is happy to provide further details about this option, if interested.

INSURANCE

If you have insurance, we will determine the coverage available. We accept assignment from most insurance plans and are happy to file claims to the insurance company on your behalf. Professional orthodontic care is provided to our patients, and not to insurance companies. Consequently, each insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is financially responsible to the doctor.
