Erin – Financial Coordinator, Office Manager

 

As a financial coordinator, I help our patients with their insurance and handle all patient accounts. Everyone here works really hard together, much like a family. We strive to make orthodontics a fun experience. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing a happy patient on the day their braces come off! I enjoy spending my time away from the office with family and friends. My hobbies include gardening, reading and camping.

 

 

 

 

Teresa – RDA, Treatment Coordinator

I assist Dr. Heiner with our patient’s initial exam and make sure that our patients are fully informed about their treatment options. Getting to know our patients is one of the best parts of my job and helping to diminish any fears or concerns they may have about orthodontics. I love seeing their end results and the confidence they walk away with. Dr. Heiner is an amazing orthodontist and great to work with. I love to spend time with my husband, our children and our 10 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it is in the garden or on the golf course.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristine – RDA, Treatment Coordinator

I assist Dr. Heiner chairside and work with patients to help them understand what they will experience with orthodontics. Since I get to see our patients in the beginning, it is wonderful to watch their smiles transform and their confidence improve. Dr. Heiner is a perfectionist and very fun to work with. My husband’s name is Jeff and we have a daughter, Melissa, who is married to Mark and a son named Kai. I love spending time with my granddaughter Isabella, as well as going on vacation, swimming and dancing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ronda – RDA, Scheduling Coordinator

I make all our patients' appointments and answer any questions our patients have. I am the first and last face you see at Dr. Heiner's office and I always greet you with a pleasant smile and hello! We love orthodontics and what we do. If we hear a great song on the radio it's not uncommon to see or hear people singing and dancing down the halls! We want all our patients to have as much fun as we do! My husband's name is Daniel and we have two daughters, Hannah and McKenna. We love to travel as a family and spend time outside.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Misty – RDA, Clinical Supervisor

I work in the clinic with Dr. Heiner and oversee the clinical operations of the practice, making sure everything runs smoothly. I like to have fun while I work, and having great conversations with our patients and their families is always enjoyable. I love that we help people improve their lives by giving them a beautiful smile. I love to hang out with my family, especially my two nephews. I enjoy reading, hanging out by the pool with my friends during the summer and going camping.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shannon – RDA, Orthodontic Technician

I work in the clinic as an orthodontic technician, assisting Dr. Heiner with all aspects of patient care. Dr. Heiner has a wonderful sense of humor and there is always laughter coming from somewhere in our office! I love spending time with my family. I enjoy spending my time away from the office doing outdoor activities such as wakeboarding, snowboarding and scuba diving.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Danel – RDA, Orthodontic Technician

As an orthodontic technician, I assist Dr. Heiner with our patients when they come in to get braces or to get an adjustment. I love chatting with patients and getting to know them and their families. The very best day is when the braces come off and patients get to see their new, beautiful smiles! Dr. Heiner is a really cool guy to work for. I enjoy spending time with my two sons, watching them play sports. I also like softball.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tiffany – RDA, Orthodontic Technician

I work in the clinic with Dr. Heiner, where I assist him with patients. I enjoy learning all about my patients and become very close to them. My favorite part of my job is seeing the transformations in my patient’s smiles from start to finish. I have a husband, Sean, and four cats. Their names are Indie, Mickey, Oliver and Butler. I like to read, play videogames and go to Disneyland!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Gina – Sterilization Coordinator

I am the sterilization coordinator for Dr. Heiner. Dr. Heiner is a great employer and orthodontist. The staff has lots of fun together, as well as with our patients. I enjoy spending my spare time with my family, friends and dogs, doing anything outdoors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Debi – RDA, Records Technician, Lab Assistant

I work in many areas in the office, from assisting Dr. Heiner and taking records to working in the lab. I like getting to know my patients and making them as comfortable as possible whenever they’re in our office. It’s wonderful to meet so many new people everyday and learning about their interests. It is great to see all the new smiles! I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy gardening, music, practicing yoga, reading and shopping.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cindy – RDA, Lab Technician

I enjoy fabricating appliances and Indirect Bonding trays in our in-house lab, hand crafting each appliance to ensure a custom fit. It makes me happy to know that I am helping people to improve their smiles. It’s wonderful to get to know our patients. We consider them to be more like friends and family. I have been married to my best friend for over 25 years. We have 2 adult sons. When I am away from the office I enjoy films, going camping, music, art and traveling.
