Teresa is our treatment coordinator. She assists Dr. Heiner during the initial evaluation appointment, and along with Dr. Heiner, will discuss treatment possibilities. She will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding starting treatment, including fees, financial arrangements and insurance coverage. Teresa is a registered dental assistant and has been in the dental field since 1994.
 

Stacey is our recall treatment coordinator. She works with our patients in our Pre-Orthodontic Guidance program which monitors our monitors our patients dental changes that occur during the growth and development years prior to starting orthodontic treatment. She also works with our post-Phase I treatment patients and pre-Phase II treatment patients. She has helped to implement many exciting changes in our office enabling us to stay on top of the leading trends. Stacey is a registered dental assistant and has been in the dental field since 1994.
 

Gina is our scheduling coordinator. Her face is one of the first ones you will see when entering our office. She can assist you with scheduling your appointments, making a payment, answering questions you may have and checking in. Gina has been in the dental field since 1980.
 

Ronda also our scheduling coordinator and she can assist you with scheduling your appointments, making a payment and checking in for your appointment. Ronda has been in the dental field since 1997.

Erin is our financial coordinator and office manager. She handles all patient accounts, including patient payments and submission of insurance claims and payments. She can handle any concerns or problems you encounter during orthodontic treatment. Erin has been in the dental field since 1981.
 

Tana is a registered dental assistant. She is our clinical coordinator. In addition to helping make sure things run smoothly in the clinic she orders our clinical supplies. Tana has been in the dental field since 1977.

Misty is a registered dental assistant and our records technician. Misty takes all patient photographs, x-rays and impressions. She is currently our imaging coordinator. She also assists the doctor whenever needed. Misty has been in the dental field since 1997..

Danel is a registered dental assistant. She assists Dr. Heiner in the clinic area. Danel has been in the dental field since 1999.
 

Jessica is a registered dental assistant. She assists Dr. Heiner in the clinic area. Jessica has been in the dental field since 1991.

Shannon is a registered dental assistant. She assists Dr. Heiner in the clinic area. Shannon has been in the dental field since 1997.

Tonya is a registered dental assistant and our lab technician. She fabricates all of our in house appliances. Tonya has been in the dental field since 1992.
