I have three children in various stages of treatment with Dr. Heiner, and at every visit, we are greeted with friendly and sincere smiles.  The staff is very knowledgeable, and fast.  When Dr. Heiner comes to chat with us, he is complementary, and has an excellent sense of humor.  He always make us feel comfortable, and welcome.  I know my children are in the very best hands possible, for their orthodontic needs.

Always a Pleasure

I have 3 granddaughters that have been with Dr. Heiner’s office for a few years now.  It is always a pleasure to go into the office.   The staff are more like friends and at the same time it is clear that their main focus is the successful treatment of my girls.  Dr. Heiner is very personable and absolutely professional.  We always know exactly where we are in treatment and where we are going next.  It’s always a pleasure to come in.

Fantastic care and Service

 Highly recommend this office

 Dr. Heiner and his staff are very friendly, compassionate, and helpful.  My daughter is currently undergoing her second phase of braces and my son will also be a patient of Dr. Heiner’s in the near future.  Dr. Heiner was very supportive of my daughter after she got her braces back on for the second time and was experiencing some discomfort after that initial visit.  Likewise, his staff is superb.  There have been a few times when things have happened and I have had to cancel or reschedule at the last minute and the receptionist was very understanding.  If your child needs braces this is the place to go in Modesto, CA for exceptional service.  The office is also nicely decorated, organized and very clean.  There is usually a contest or raffle going on that gets the kids excited about being patients there.  Also, they’ve had fun events to show they really appreciate their patients.  I cannot imagine going anywhere else in Modesto for my children’s orthodontic care.

 We love Dr. Heiner and his staff.

I would recommend Dr. Heiner’s office to anyone who was needing an orthodontist.  I started going to his office when I was 9 years old and now I am bringing my kids to him.  He is a perfectionist and that’s what you want in an orthodontist.  I had to have a pretty in depth jaw surgery due to a genetic issue.  I was suppose to have 24 plates in my face, well after surgery my doctor came out to my family and said he only had to do 14 plates because he has never seen such precise work from an orthodontist.  Dr. Heiner lined everything up to the millimeter for him.  Needless to say, I am very happy I don’t have 24 plates in my face.  Don’t look anywhere else, he is who you want!

 The Best!

I have been an adult patient of Dr. Heiner’s for the past two years and got my braces off last month.  Very happy with the results!  From beginning to end I was given A+ treatment by everyone in his office!  I never in a million years thought I would have ended up in braces at my age, but have absolutely no regrets.  Dr. Heiner and his staff are all about Customer Service and you will feel it the moment you walk through the door!

 Best of the Best!

 I waited so long.

Nov. 2012 we went to Maui with some dear friends, Lance and Anna.  Anna has beautiful teeth!  (I’m trying not to covet!)  I noticed in all the pictures that were taken with the four of us, I did not have the time to “pose” my smile to cover what I thought was so noticeable to the world, really it was only me.  What I would do is take pictures always kissing my Robert so I didn’t have to worry about my smile.  Now don’t get me wrong I LOVE kissing my Robert.  I had always wanted to get braces but for whatever reason that was not a priority.  In January 2011, I made a call to find out all about the details and finances.  I was seen right away.  I was guided on the finances and all the treatments from start to finish.  I cried the first day I got my braces because it was like a dream come true to have a smile that came naturally, not one I had to work at to hide my gaps in my front teeth.  Well here I am 20 months later (4 months ahead of schedule because I brushed, flossed and water-picked every dang day!!!) anticipating the removal of my braces on Sept. 18, 2012 the day after my 50^th birthday!!!  Tears well up just writing that down.  I can’t wait!!!  I know the staff will give me time again to cry, they will celebrate with me.  From start to finish, this has been the best experience for me.  If you have put off your smile and have always wanted to do this, please do.  And Dr. Heiner and his staff are the ones to give you the smile you have always wanted.  Thanks for listening.

 Impressive office, staff, orthodontist

When we were ready to find an orthodontist, we went to several consultations.  Dr. Heiner had been recommended by a friend, and we thought we would go even thought the office is 30 minutes from us.  We were impressed with the office (it is large and inviting with lots of space for siblings to play while waiting), the staff is friendly, and the orthodontic recommendation was superior to any we had received.  Dr. Heiner has been in practice a long time, but he is using cutting edge treatments that we had not heard of before.  His consultation was much more thorough than anyone else we had been to.  We were so impressed that we chose Dr. Heiner’s office even though it means a 30 minute drive!  They have taken such good care of our daughter.  All of the assistants that do the adjustments are warm and friendly and make her feel comfortable.  We will definitely use them when our next child needs braces, and I would recommend them to anyone.

 The Awesome Orthodontist

My son is a patient of Dr. Heiner and he gave the title to this review.  His braces just came off and he has an amazing smile.  He started with the Heiner staff when he was 6 years old and is now 11.  He had “issues” with his teeth and Dr. Heiner and his staff were compassionate and knowledgeable, and we began the treatment plan right away.  A friend of mine said “if you need a miracle worker, Dr. Heiner is it” and that is the truth.  His staff is amazing and they always remember who you are.  They are wonderful in working with kids under sometimes stressful conditions.  I would recommend Dr. Hiener’s office to anyone looking to start orthodontic treatment.

Best Ortho office around!

When it comes to our children we want the best.  I have a dental background and had a little more knowledge than most when it came to bringing my child in for her evaluation on needing orthodontic treatment.  I planned on shopping around to find the "best" Orthodontist for her.  She HAD a severe cross-bite and I know she was going to need HELP!  We scheduled our first appointment with Dr. Heiner...  The only orthodontist my family will ever see.

When we first found Dr. Heiner two years ago, he came as a recommendation from my regular dentist who also does ortho.  My daughter's care was a little more complicated than most and needed special attention.  To be sure we got the best treatment options and care.  I drug her to five consultations from five different orthodontists.  In the middle was Dr. Heiner.  He instantly put my daughter at ease and made her feel special and beautiful with his easy charm and humor.  We made a return appointment to start treatment before leaving the office.  We finished all the consultations just to be sure though.  We still unanimously chose Dr. Heiner.  In the two years since, I have referred several friends who love him and his staff as much as we do.  My other two children are currently in braces here as well.  I also have to mention Tiffany and Shannon.  Their and Dr. Heiner's caring and compassion has helped to just about eliminate the severe "white coat" anxiety my daughter had.  Through her many tears at her first appointments and the gentle yet firm talkings to increase her daily care, these two women have helped my daughter more than they know.  And Ronda, at the front desk, is always a great way to enter the office.  My daughter is looking forward to her removal by the end of summer.  She should have had them off last month but that's what you get when you don't change your bands. Lol!

 Too Many Teeth

Dr. Heiner and his staff are fantastic.  My children's teeth were coming out everywhere when they were about 8.  It was alarming because most of their adult teeth were not in.  So I interviewed with the boys 5 orthodontic practices in Modesto.  Most prices were a little lower but now I know what happens at the end and during the process.  Dr. Heiner's office is all up front on costs.  No hidden emergency charges and so forth.  Believe me we have been there more than anyone ever.  Always nice and squeezed us in.  We are still in treatment, almost there, and the boys teeth are like movie star teeth.  Amazing!!!  Their teeth fill in the gaps of the mouth and are perfectly straight.  It's a lot of work and time management.  But no head gear and something you can give your kids for a lifetime.  Start early, so by high school it's easy sailing and then you just have to worry about relationships, college, and homework lol.  I give them ***** stars cause they deserve it.  Don't go anywhere else.  Make payments if you have to.  They are really good about that.  I took months to decide because cost was a factor.  Now I'm done with payments and we're headed to the last stretch.  Yeah.

  Dr. Heiner and his Staff are Outstanding

My daughter is just finishing her 2^nd phase of braces and she will be 13 in August.  We have had excellent service from Dr. Heiner and his staff during each phase.  I had an issue with my daughter's expander during the first phase (partly due to being an anxious mother) and showed up at the office the next morning and they took care of it right then and showed me what to do.  There is a chair in each work station for a parent to sit in while their child is having work done which is very comforting to the child.  The day after my daughter got her braces on we received a phone call from Dr. Heiner checking on her to see how she was doing.  We were not home but he left such a warm and comforting message asking if we had any questions and offering his phone number to call if we had any questions.  We are so happy that our dentist referred us to Dr. Heiner.

 "Heiner Smiles" times three!

Contests, decorations, t-shirts, prizes, ice cream socials... not your typical orthodontist visit.  Dr. Heiner and his staff know their audience.  They strive to make the visit enjoyable, comfortable and fun as possible for their young patients.  When one of our kids wasn't doing their "homework (elastics)"  Dr. Heiner presented us with the "Nickel Game", a way to reward for elastic use.  Dr. Heiner's staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  They all appear to enjoy working together and you can expect a phone call from Dr. Heiner himself the evening that your braces are put on.  Just to see how things are going.  The office is like a well oiled machine, organized and efficient.  Kids check themselves in on a computer and upon check out patients are given a ticket with the next appointment and a note for school or employer.  Appointments are easy to schedule and change when necessary.  I have recommended Dr. Heiner's office on several occasions, but the best review I can give is this.  Two of my three children have "Heiner Smiles" and the third one is about to get one!
