July 14, 2020
We have returned to regular office hours and will remain open unless guidelines change for dental/orthodontic visits. Patients are being seen on a limited basis due to the added precautions and protocols we are following as a result of the COVID-19 virus.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we attend to all of our patients' orthodontic needs in a safe and orderly manner. Everyone will be contacted in order to schedule follow-up appointments as quickly as possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT:
Please contact us to cancel your appointment -
*If you have been exposed to anyone testing positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
*If you have been tested for COVID-19 and are waiting for the results
*If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms such as fever of 100.4 or higher, cough, headaches, runny nose, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, sore throat, chills, unexplained muscle pain or loss of taste or smell
To ensure the health and of our patients and staff, our practice is limiting the number of patients in our office at a given time. Consequently, only actual patients will be entering the office (unless you are a new patient and then only one other family member will be allowed to accompany you).
Please arrive at the office wearing a mask and make sure your teeth are extra clean because we are not using the tooth-brushing station under present circumstances. A COVID-19 questionnaire will need to be completed prior to entering the office - by a parent or guardian if the patient is a child. And following general medical/dental protocol, anyone entering the office will have their temperature taken.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. You can also submit an appointment request through the link on this website.
We are looking forward to seeing you again soon and will continue to monitor, share and implement further communication from our local, state, and federal officials as it is received.
